The location is superb, providing easy access to nearby landmarks like Mackay Regional Botanic Gardens and Bluewater Quay. The outdoor swimming pool and BBQ facilities offered great relaxation, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. it’s a solid choice for a comfortable stay.

we liked that nicely appointed hotel. we stayed in apartment with free wi-fi, everything was fine. the location was best possible and quiet, close to slipstream sculpture. visiting restaurants and bars walking distance to the property was easy.

the private parking was on site, efficient service. as for me, rooms were a nice size and great value, they offered an oven, kitchenware and a washing machine.

I stayed in a room right by the lift and it was a nightmare. I couldn't sleep at all with all the noise at weird hours. Plus, I could hear the neighbors and their crying baby—just awful for the price!

the room was nothing like the photos. We ended up in a cramped unit with no balcony or dining area. Paying extra felt like a total rip-off for such a tiny space!
